The Diplomacy Academy of Vietnam (DAV) , the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association (VLA) and the Foundation for East Sea Studies (FESS) will jointly hold the 6th South China Sea International Conference entitled “Cooperation for Regional Security and Development” on November 17th – 18th in Danang, Vietnam.
