FIRSTANNOUNCEMENT   THE 11TH SOUTH CHINA SEA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE “COOPERATION FOR REGIONAL SECURITY AND DEVELOPMENT” Hanoi, 6-7 November 2019   Introduction:The Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), Foundation for East Sea Studies (FESS), and Vietnam Lawyers’ Association (VLA) are pleased to announce our 11th South China Sea International Conference themed “Cooperation for Regional Security and Development” on 6-7 November 2019 in the capital of Ha Noi, Viet Nam.This year’s conferencewould be the most significant congregation armed with 6 plenaries and 6 roundtables and featured by a number of important keynote speeches by senior officials, lawyers,and experts.
